Bayern Munich forward Mario Mandzukic
joins La liga champions Atletico Madrid for the sum of 18 million.
It was clear that the arrival of
Robert Lewandowski from Borussia Dortmund would displace the Mandzukic from
first team play at Bayern.
And Atletico Madrid boss Diego Simeone
took this opportunity to convince the Croatian in move to Spain.
I believe this is a good move for
Mandzukic as he would be replacing Chelsea bound Diego Costa.
Mandzukic scored 48 goals in 88
appearances for Bayern Munich.
