Manchester United has presented a new 36 million euros bid
for Cesc Fabregas. The Barcelona midfielder has said he would only remain in the
club if new manager Gerardo Martino gives him assurance that he needs him. Man
U had already presented 26 million euros and 30 million euros which were
rejected by Barcelona.
As preseason training continues Monday tomorrow, Fabregas will be meeting with Gerardo Martino to conclude weather he will stay or not. Manchester united manager David Moyes and his new chief executive has received increasing pressure from the club to sign a big name and this has put Moyes up on his toe and increased interest to sign Fabregas as He said Fabregas would fit Manchester United style of play. 23 million euros has been set aside for Marouane Felliani Everton’s midfielder as plan B if the deal with Barcelona doesn’t pull off well.
