NEW PENALTY FOR RACISM

Manchester City midfielder Yaya Toure was a victim of racial abuse when City faced CSK Moscow in Champions League clash in Russia.

In view of the racism chant, FIFA representative Jeffery Webb has said the body would come up with new penalty to such act.
Webb said that the days of fines and closure of stadiums are over.
Webb also added according to BBC Sport that the FIFA body would rather allow legal expert and disciplinary process to take over
