After an impressive display in Chelsea 3-0 victory against Schakle 04, the Blues boss Jose Mourinho has been keen on bringing Schakle youngster Max Meyer to Stamford Bridge.

Well, here are some few things I was able to gather about Meyer

1. He was born in Oberhausen in Germany on the 18^th of September 1995. His full name is Maximilian Meyer.

2. He’s an attacking midfielder and can play as supporting striker

3. Made his debut last season from the bench against FSV Mainz and he contributed immensely as the game ended in a draw

4. He has scored three goals in nine appearances this season at the Bundesliga

5. On international duty, he was the top scorer in the U-17 European Football Championship and was awarded best player of the tournament.

6. In 15 match appearances, he scored eleven goals and made eleven assists in 2012/2013 season for Schalke U-19. An impressive result which made manager Horst Heldt offers him a professional contract until 2015.
