Chelsea willing to land La Liga Top Scorer

It is no longer news that Chelsea are in search of a top striker to replace the likes of Samuel Etoo, Fernando Torres and Demba Ba put together as the London side have shown keen interest in Atletico Madrid goal machine Diego Costa.

It is understood that Chelsea are willing to pay as much as 20 million euros or more for the Spaniard.

Costa has been on top form for his side and has scored 20 goals in 22 appearances this season and Chelsea are more than willing to land the 25-year-old and probably use Fernando Torres as a swap deal.

If such a deal pulls through, Torres would be joining his home club and probably play better as he may not be sitting on the bench as he is doing at Chelsea.

Torres has been sidelined recently due to injury. This deal may pull through in the summer.
