BALE BLAST MEDIA

Real Madrid star Gareth Bale has said his injury was over exaggerated.
The former Tottenham Hotspur winger was out of preseason campaign owing to a thigh injury and later a back injury which kept him sidelined for long in Madrid.

Reports from media in Spain had claimed Bale has been suffering with a spinal disc hernia which will keep him sidelined for even a longer time that expected after a possible surgery, but Bale and his team denied it.

“I think everything was blown out of proportion, massively. It was just a little minor injury and I am back playing now” said Bale according to GiveMeSport.

Bale has only featured in two matches for the Los Blancos and scored a goal on his debut.

Although the 24-year-old was able to play against Malaga, of which he was able to win a penalty that sealed their victory, he may not be fully rushed into the first team play just yet.

Bale also added “I have to take things one step at a time”
