It was Mario Balotelli's birthday yesterday and the 25-year-old took to instagram posting a video of an interesting way his friends shocked him at 12 midnight.
Well, Balo is at it again, this time he posted an interesting looking cake.
The cake design is his Italian kit surrounded with cup-cakes; each cup-cake having either a picture of him, his national flag, or the face of the popular Mario game.
