VICTOR MOSES AWARDED FOOTBALLER OF THE YEAR

Nigerian winger Victor Moses was honoured on Tuesday night with the Nigeria Footballer of the year award. The award took place in Nigeria.

The on loan Liverpool player beats the likes of Chelsea midfielder John Obi Mikel and Sunday Uba to clinch the award.

Moses was one of the integral part in Nigeria’s attack as he helped the Super Eagles to third African Nations Cup title earlier this year. The 22-year-old also helped his nation through another World Cup appearance in Brazil since 1998.

Moses who is known for his intelligent display from the wing, helping the strikers, hs contributed in one way or two in his nine match appearances for Liverpool since being loaned from Chelsea in the August market.

Moses took to twitter to express his gratitude to fans and country side.
