Tom Huddlestone raised cash for charity with hair

Hull City midfielder Tom Huddlestone got a lock of his hair to raise money for Cancer Research UK as he celebrates first goal in two years.

The 27-year-old got as much as £6300 on ebay from private bidders. It is understood that Huddlestone made a promise not to cut his hair until he scores a goal for City and this came in 6-0 demolition of Fulham.

Although the money raised so far is not enough as Huddlestones hope to get £75,000 from his 75,000 twitter followers, the bid is still trending.

Huddlestone's hair was finally cut on the day after new year at the KC Stadium. Check out his new look below
