Liverpool advanced to the next round of the Capital One after scaling through Swansea on Tuesday night at Anfield.
Brendan Rogers' men were totally clueless on how to break this Swansea side as it took the intervention of substitute to break the deadlock with four minutes left in normal time.
All seemed over after Swansea had scored in the 66th minutes through Marvin Emnes. But Mario Balottelli, who came in as a substitute leveled the game at the 86th minute.
The match was far from over as Dejan Lovren scored his first goal for Liverpool in the 95th minute.
Drama started from Balottelli side as it is seen in a heated clash with former Liverpool man Jonjo Shelvey after the final whistle, which is understood to have been going on during the match.
This brief beef attracted players in separating them as they move down the tunnel
