Nigeria came all out on Wednesday
night to trash Sudan 3-1 in line with the AFCON qualifier of Group A at home
soil Abuja.
The reigning African champions put
their battle for a place at Morrocco come 2015 back on track as they finally
got a win in their fourth game.
It took the intervention of birthday
boy Ahmed Musa to set the ball rolling with an opener. The CSK Moscow man
sealed the victory with a beautiful display after a mistake from the Sudanese
defence.
Chelsea star John Obi Mikel was a top
form as he was well involve in the 1st goal.
Hope Akpan who was introduced to the
starting line-up by Coach Stephen Keshi was overjoyed with the victory and was
even happier with John Obi Mikel.
Akpan has this to say about Mikel
This guy made it easy for me. Learnt a lot in a short space of time. True professional. #AFCON2015 @NGSuperEagles pic.twitter.com/n6ThN6qIea
