SHAQIRI MAY MOVE TO ARSENAL COME JANUARY

Bayern Munich winger Xherdan Shaqiri may likely move to Arsenal in the January transfer market.

The 21-year old midfielder hasn’t been getting much first team play time and he doesn’t seem to be happy sitting on the bench. This has highlighted Arsenal’s boss Arsene Wenger as he is lining up a move for the winger.

Shaqiri has only been featured twice by new manager Guardiola this season. The Swiss international joined Bayern Munich last year on a four year deal from FC Basel. Shaqiri is popularly known for his speed as his brilliant assist led his former team, Basel, to a 2-1 win against Manchester United in December 2011.

Although we are not sure of Guardiola’s response, this would be a rather good move for the London side which is currently topping its domestic league.
